My paper collage work represents the human desire to reach the highest craves and objectives in contrast with the fears that them cause.

Colors have an important role in the composition as they help to emphasize this contrast. While black and white represents the stasis of our fears, colors mean the propulsive thrust of our desires.

“Tower of another day” is a hopeful idea about how we can move through heavy darkness and upwards to a different future in difficult times.

By never stopping and always pushing ourselves forward

we can get through days where we seem to fall and in the end reach a place where can take off and fly. Jenny Grettve

By doing so we rediscover our sensitivity and our connection to others.

To me softness and light are what counterbalance any difficult time, so now we need a lot of exactly that. “
